Current Job Openings

  • Retreat Coordinator (full-time): The retreat coordinator is responsible for scheduling and managing retreat group reservations of Ironwood Springs’ facilities and activities. This individual is the primary contact for group leaders and serves as the liaison between rental groups and other staff. The Retreat Coordinator helps coordinate details for reservations and ensures facility rentals align with Ironwood Springs’ mission and values. Official start date flexible with training beginning no later than December.
  • Administrative Assistant (part-time): The administrative assistant is responsible to oversee office operations including guest reception and communication, processing mailings, and generating materials for events. This individual is also responsible to manage Ironwood Springs’ camp registration systems. This position requires proficiency in MS Office products and other computer technology. Official start date flexible with training beginning no later than December.
  • Maintenance (full-time): We are seeking a self-initiated person with experience driving heavy equipment and who is capable of managing and maintaining water, septic and HVAC systems. Must be able to handle heavy lifting and physical labor for 8-10 hours per day. Other useful skills include carpentry, welding, plumbing and electrical.
  • Snow Tubing Hill Workers (part-time, seasonal): We are in need of people to help with our snow tubing operation in the winter. Mainly weekend hours with some weekday or evening sessions.
